Yoga

Experience your yoga practices in the most gorgeous practice space. 

Your weekend will include perfectly curated yoga practices to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. 

Expect a blend of practices including our signature yin & massage class, invigorating breathwork and flow, sound bath, and guided yoga nidra.

This weekend will be the ultimate BLISS and RESET for your system.

 

Food

The kitchen at Bloom is a next-level experience.

 

Each vegetarian meal offers a seasonal farm-to-table food philosophy that makes every dining experience at the communal table truly memorable.

Healthy snacks are set out on arrival day and a mid-day snack is set out on mid retreat days 
for guests to enjoy.

 

Nuts and fresh fruit are always available at our self-serve

Your Hosts

Lea and Dana have been working together for over nine years. Throughout the years what has remained steady is our intention to support healing, to open receptivity to nurturing, and to reawaken the peace and love that’s inherently present in all living beings.

Our mission is to offer you the most healing, restorative experience that you can imagine.

Come as you are, let us pamper you will beautiful yoga practices, incredible food, gorgeous natural surroundings, and the time and space to rest deeply in every moment of the weekend.

Your Retreat Weekend

We’ll meet for a opening practice at 5pm on Friday afternoon once you settle in. Then we’ll gather for an incredible farm-to-table vegetarian meal, followed by a relaxing evening in the cozy living room.
 

 Saturday morning will start with a light breakfast, a morning practice in the lakefront studio, followed by a nourishing brunch.

 

Afterwards, you can enjoy more than 25 kilometres of beautiful forest, wetland and lakefront trails and commune with the diverse creatures that make this land home. Heat up in the sauna, or perhaps you’d rather or cozy up with a book by the fire. This is a time to truly take care of you!
 

The afternoon will bring a soothing restora-yin and massage practice, and we’ll enjoy another delicious meal before embarking on a Nidra and sound journey for deep healing.   
 

Sunday will start with a morning practice and although we check out of the building at 12pm, we’re welcome to enjoy the property for the afternoon.

Your accommodations are the perfect blend of luxurious meets cozy. Each room includes a private ensuite bathroom with shower.
