Breath 101 - 20 hr pranayama training

Breath is inseparable from life. Its flow is mirrored in the flow of all things and our connection to it influences every aspect of who we are. Ancient practices such as yoga have always known this and have developed techniques to harness, expand and work with the breath. These practices, known as pranayama, influence our energy, mood, health, sleep, vitality, and well-being.

In this 20-hour virtual training, you will gain the confidence to integrate pranayama into your practices and teachings in a way that is safe, effective, and supportive.

  • Understanding prana, the pranic body and how to bring it into balance
